06/28/2010 - Toronto, ON (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - The Canadian Football League and its Players' Association will hold a news conference on Tuesday at 10 a.m. (et) to announce terms of a new collective bargaining agreement.

The sides reached a tentative pact over a month ago, but the deal had to be ratified by the players and CFL Board of Governors to become official. Tuesday's announcement of a new bargaining agreement will come just two days prior to the start of the regular season.

The major addition to this CBA is expected to be the inclusion of a drug testing policy. Details of the drug testing are likely to be released on Tuesday at the news conference. CFL commissioner Mark Cohon and CFLPA president Stu Laird will be in attendance at the InterContinental Toronto Centre.
